Omnium Tax & Accounting CC is an Accounting Firm with its managing partner, Ivan Emmett, registered with the South African Institute of professional Accountants (SAIPA). Omnium provides accounting, tax, management consulting and payroll services.
Owned and managed by Ivan Emmett and Adel van Blerk, we are committed to providing professional services of the highest standards to our clientele. Our firm places heavy emphasis on professionalism and the level of qualified and experienced personnel. Utilizing the skills and competence of our staff and continued commitment to development, we strive to provide effective and practical business solutions to our clients.
We are directly involved in advising our clients in all aspects of corporate matters including management consultancy, business establishment, statutory assignments, compliance, corporate restructuring, business financing, procedures and controls, BEE Policy, tax planning exercise as well as liquidation and executorships.
